Professor Yuri Tkachenko is the technical director of Omni Environmental Group Pty ltd. Professor of physics, he is a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Science, with more than 30 years of research in the field of magnatology the new science of the 21st century.

He has developed magnetic water treatment systems which are used in international research programs including Australian university and government institutes that confirm a multitude of economic and environmental benefits in agriculture, domestic and other industrial applications.  During 2006/7 In a joint venture with the United Arab Emirates Government Professor Yuri has constructed a one square klm the largest ever build magnetic cloud station capturing the moisture in the atmosphere and creating rain.

The magnetic water treatment is through a phenomenon called "magnetic-hydrodynamic resonance" under the action of Lorentz's force.  The key parameters that influence the magnetic treatment are velocity of water flow in the pipe and the intensity of magnetic inductions that result in changing water structure resulting in increased water productivity.
